Only this fee you will give to SINO. Normally , we don't take advance for admission. But some student after admission change their mind then we pay penalty for it. So, for mortgage we will keep your passport original copy and you have to sign an agreement form. After admission if you change your mind then you have to pay the full service and take back your passport. You will bear the stamp cost by yourself.
